NSW JP Stamps are available to purchase online in addition to purchases by email. Our JP Stamps have been put in to five categories to help you refine your search.
JP Stamps are an invaluable time saving tool when it comes to witnessing and signing documents. All you need to do is stamp and sign for witnessing documents, affidavits and statutory declarations, as the stamps provide your name and registration number. Some stamps actually include an address.
Justice of the Peace stamp categories are:
Name
Your name and number are included therefore saving you time as only your signature is required
Affidavit
Affidavit stamps include your name and number with the exception of a few stamps that don’t require that information.
Certifying
The certifying stamps include your name and number with certain stamps including your address therefore saving time when witnessing.
Identification
Your name and number are included in these stamps.
Disability/Language
Disability/Language stamps can be used in particular situations when the deponent has a sight/hearing/language difficulty or other disability.
All our NSW JP Stamps online are self inking and are available in Black, Blue or Red ink.
Refill Ink Pads
To ensure that you get the maximum number of impressions from your self inking stamp we recommend that the stamp not be exposed to strong sunlight or heat as this will result in the ink pad drying out.
Use of the correct ink is very important as the wrong ink can affect the life of the stamp.
Customers can purchase the pads or ink online as well as by email. The pads are easily removed and the new ink pad slots effortlessly back in to place.

We manufacture our rubber stamps onsite which means we can offer great prices and of course a quicker service.
We have an option for people living in Sydney to pick up from our store therefore we haven’t loaded the price of the stamp with a shipping charge. in fact we have FREE shipping for orders over $150.00. For orders under the value of $150.00 we have a standard charge of $20.00 for courier (syd metro area) or $11.00 for Australia Post. Express post for those urgent orders costs $15.00
